The cityscape is the most interesting subject for me to paint. Cities attract us because of their buildings, streets, markets, their histories, cultures, and souls through their existing structures and people.
Neighbourhoods shifting and changing as the city moves forward. I hope to capture these images as keepsakes of how we lived, and perhaps pass them on to future generations.

Born and educated in China I later made Toronto my home and subject. Now I am expanding my work to locations across Canada.
